Troy Joseph teaches Economics at Carleton University in Ottawa, including the Department’s staple course, Introduction to Micro and Macro Economics. His research focuses primarily on Cost-benefit Analysis, specializing in the use of Monte Carlo risk analysis in project evaluations. Outside academics, he has worked with government organizations, including projects on the economic impact of climate change, a re-haul of the of the international students’ program, and research to modernize employment standards.
