According to a recent survey conducted by Morning Consult on behalf of Cengage, 77% of current and former college students are worried about having the skills needed for a job.

65% of employers said “uniquely human” or soft skills—listening, attention to detail, effective communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills—are among the top skills they look for, but 73% have a hard time finding the right candidates.

Recognizing the need for more career assistance and soft skills development to aid the transition from college to career, every Cengage Unlimited subscriber gets access to the Career Center.

• Students can complete over 80 activities or quick lessons that combine video and narrative questions to provide an engaging learning experience with just-in-time, reliable information.
