James Bignell received his Bachelor¿s and Master¿s degrees in Industrial Arts. He is a retired instructor from Manatee Community College with over 30 years of teaching experience.

Robert Donovan is a full Professor and Program Manager of Electronics Engineering Technology at Manatee Community College. He has taught for over 20 years and also works in the industry at Precise Power Corporation as a research/development engineer.

Stephen L. Herman was an electrician and proficient instructor with over 30 years of practical experience and was known for his reader-friendly approach. A seasoned author, Mr. Herman wrote leading books on electricity and mathematics that are popular with students and instructors alike. For two decades, Mr. Herman served as lead instructor for the Electrical Technology Curriculum at Lee College in Baytown, Texas, where he received an Excellence in Education Award from the Halliburton Education Foundation. He also taught at Randolph Community College in Asheboro, North Carolina, for nine years and helped pioneer an electrical curriculum for Northeast Texas Community College in Mount Pleasant, Texas. James Cox is a Professor of Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology at Daytona Beach Community College in Daytona Beach, Florida. James is a Cisco Certified Network Associate, an A+ Certified Computer Technician, a Certified Electronics Technician, and holds a Commercial FCC license.

Mr. Chartrand holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Queen¿s university in Kingston Ontario. He has been teaching digital courses for 20 years at Niagara College in Welland , Ontario. Mr. Chartrand has made industry contributions with various designs including interfacing an infrared camera to a PC, creating a digital circuit board used as a PC training system, and designing a control pendant for an air-filled medical bed. He also worked as a plant engineer for General Motors.
