Ronald B. Adler
Ron Adler is professor emeritus at Santa Barbara City College, where he developed programs in interpersonal communication, business and professional communication and communication theories. He has co-authored and edited several textbooks that address communication contexts and topics including interpersonal communication, small group communication, public speaking, assertiveness and social skills. In addition to writing and teaching, Professor Adler works with professional and business people to improve their communication on the job.

Jimmie Manning
Jimmie Manning is currently chair and professor of communication studies at the University of Nevada. He has published over 120 essays, books, and encyclopedia entries and is also a renowned teacher. He was recently awarded the National Communication Association Donald H. Ecroyd Award for Outstanding Teaching in Higher Education.
Natalie K. Barfuss
Dr. Barfuss is a full-time professor at Lethbridge College, teaching classes in communication, marketing, and management. Natalie comes from a professional background as a business owner and non-profit administrator. At Lethbridge College, in addition to work in communication, Natalie is actively engaged in Work Integrated Learning (WIL) initiatives. This is Natalie’s first edition of LOOK.
Judith A. Rolls
Judy Rolls is a professor at Cape Breton University. In addition to teaching Communications to nursing students, Judy also heads up a communications laboratory that examines the far-reaching effects of communications. Judy has authored three successful editions of Looking Out, Looking In as well as Public Speaking Made Easy.
