  • The second Canadian edition reflects our effort to increase diversity within our products. This edition features new examples of Indigenous business leaders including Nicole Bouchier, RoseAnne Archibald, and Thomas Benjoe. These are new examples of businesses creating gender-affirming spaces or those run by and addressing the needs of people with disabilities. There is also an increased focus on the issues facing racialized business owners and government initiatives intended to support their success.
  • This new edition is supported by instructor resources developed as part of the Cengage Canada Teaching Advantage program. The CCTA delivers research-based instructor resources that promote student engagement and higher-order thinking to enable the success of Canadian students and educators. With a focus on quality, all of our resources are copyedited and questions are reviewed to ensure the content is accurate and relevant to the new edition.
  • Overall, there is new content on the impact of COVID-19, including discussions of remote and virtual teams.
