To our valued All Access Community members,
The All Access Community will be moving to a new platform in the coming months. This unfortunate interruption is due to circumstances surrounding the recent sale of the Influitive platform (on which All Access is hosted) to Jigsaw (ESW Capital). The Cengage team has regrettably had to make a very quick and difficult decision to retire this Influitive-based format on January 30, 2024 and begin the search for a new platform on which to host and evolve this amazing community in an effort to make it even more valuable to you.
We absolutely love engaging with you through this special community, hearing your thoughts on how to make Cengage products and services even more valuable for you and your colleagues and having some fun getting to know you better. We look forward to continuing to connect with you within our new platform in the coming months.
What does this mean for current All Access community members?
- We’ve also based this decision on considerable feedback we’ve heard from you, our trusted advocate community. We take your feedback very seriously and hope this transition will help break down previous platform barriers and give you access to greater company insights, feedback and product information.
- While the current Influitive-based All Access Community will go dark on January 30, 2024, please know that we will be sending you an invitation to our new and improved All Access experience as soon as possible. Please watch your email over the coming weeks/months as well as other Cengage sites for updates about how you can join us and your colleagues there.
- You will be able to redeem your current reward points through Monday, January 29, 2024 using the current reward catalog within the Influitive community. No reward points will be transferrable to our new experience.
- You will have the same friendly community managers to support you in the new All Access experience. You’ll also see some new faces there so be sure to introduce yourself when we see you again.
- During this interim period, we invite you to update your marketing preferences to include “Newsletters and Thought Leadership”, which includes our monthly Cengage Canada Newsletter and some of the same great blog content you’ve come to expect here in All Access. And stay tuned to our Empowered Educator page for upcoming online professional development events to continue learning how your peers and colleagues are making a difference every day.
